Rite Aid has created a key new marketing executive role as the company forges ahead with a series of new product lines at a drugstore chain run by a lame duck chief executive officer. Rite Aid has named Erik Keptner to the “newly created position of senior vice president and chief marketing and merchandising officer, effective June 24, 2019,” the drugstore chain said Thursday.
